非同步打標輸送線是用來傳輸汽車凸輪軸的自動輸送機器。本輸送線采用純機械離合裝置,使小車走停更加靈活,可靠性能高,易于實現(xiàn)傳輸工件品種更換。具備外形美觀大方,造價低廉等優(yōu)點。
本文為畢業(yè)設計論文,共分為七章。第一章緒論,第二章方案設計,第三章總體設計,第四章結構設計,第五章性能說明,第六章畢業(yè)設計總結與思考,第七章外文翻譯。
本畢業(yè)設計論文首先對傳輸機械,傳輸線發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行概要的分析說明。然后對畢業(yè)設計題目提出的各種傳動動作要求進行分解,尋找適合的設計方案。并進行初步的論證。
采用非同步打標傳輸線,能夠提高工藝水平,提高產品質量和生產效率,大大減輕勞動者的勞動強度。改造后的機床更適合大批量的零件加工。對一個企業(yè)發(fā)展而言,成功的關鍵在于要實現(xiàn)以最好的質量,最低的價格,,最短的時間去滿足市場需求的不斷的變化,因此使用傳輸線并努力提高其功效是成功的重要一環(huán)。
從宏觀上看,采用傳輸機械進行大規(guī)模的工作生產,除了在產品加工中實現(xiàn)自動化,降低勞動強度外,更重要的是在生產中采用傳輸機械,尤其是精密傳輸線,能降低人為失誤,提高加工精度和效率。
從微觀上看,傳輸線有如下優(yōu)點:加工精度高,產品質量好,生產效率高,柔性化程度高,工人勞動強度低等,同時節(jié)省人力費用一般小于購買一臺傳輸線,降低了生產成本。
本畢業(yè)設計重點對傳輸線中的離合小車,鏈輪的滑塊張緊機構,氣動打標夾緊機構和傳輸線外框架進行了技術上的設計。另外,對電器控制部分采取plc編程控制。論文中提出的車式傳送裝置采用上下軌道式,在傳動鏈輪處設置了弧形彎道,使小車可沿此彎道平穩(wěn)翻轉。 我應用了剛帶離合器的非同步傳送小車,它結構簡單,運行可靠,并能實現(xiàn)積累式小車存儲。

Abstract
Non-synchronization hit and mark and transmit line is a automatic transmission machine which is used for transmit car camshaft . The line has been used pure mechanical clutch device. so that car will be operated more flexibility, stable will be improved ,and also it will be easy to come true of exchanging variety transmission workpieces. Car will have more advantage, such as look well and cost will be low and so on.
This article is a diploma project, otal is splited into seven section. First is prolegomenon ,second is project design, third is total design, fourth is structure design, fifth is capability design, sixth is consider and sum-up of diploma project, the seventh is translation of foreign language.
First of this diploma project Summary explains mechanical transmission and present development. Then dissolute all variety transmission action which is put forwar by diploma project ,so as to find a appropriate design plan and to have a preliminary test.
Using it ,we can improve technique level ,quality of production and manufacture efficiency, in this way labor will bigly be lightened. Machine tool which have been rebuilt will be more fit to produce accessory in large quantities .Regard to development of corporation , key of success is to meet movement demand of market with best quality,cheapest price and in a shortest time.
Seeing from macro-angle, using mechanical transmission to run mass production ,expect realizing producing automation, dropping labour intensity, it will reduce faults of man-made, improve processing accuracy and efficiency with mechanical transmission and even more with precision transmission line.So we should use mechanical transmission to run mass production that our product will be intensed competition in international .
Seeing from micro-angle, transmission line has strong points as bellows: high processing accuracy,good product quality, high producing efficiency, good flexible, low labour intensity and so on. Cost to buy a transmission line is smaller than expenses of human sources which have been saved, so in this way it will reduce cost of production
The diploma project mainly put up technology design on no-relation car of transmission line ,tensioning structure of smooth chain wheel , tight structure of aerodynamic bit and mark and outside framework of transmission line .in addition, it takes PLC computer programming control on electric control part.
The car-mode transmission which is put forward by the project takes up-down track ,we set a curved track on transmission chain wheel.,so car will smoothly reverse on the curved track.
