摘 要

本文以手機(jī)外殼為例,介紹產(chǎn)品從調(diào)研,市場(chǎng)分析到最后設(shè)計(jì)模具的整個(gè)注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的流程;首先,從試產(chǎn)調(diào)研和市場(chǎng)分析入手,通過(guò)對(duì)比,設(shè)計(jì)好自己的具有可行性的新產(chǎn)品方案;再用Pro/Engineer對(duì)產(chǎn)品建模;然后對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行MSC有限元分析,確定產(chǎn)品滿足受力要求后,再設(shè)計(jì)模具,并通過(guò)Pro/Engineer外掛的塑料顧問(wèn)模塊來(lái)分析,確定最佳澆注口,分析模流情況,以達(dá)到最佳的充模效果。通過(guò)Pro/Engineer外帶的EMX模塊,進(jìn)行模具的模架設(shè)計(jì)。最后把關(guān)鍵零部件的二維圖還有模具的裝配圖以圖紙的形式展現(xiàn)出來(lái)。根據(jù)企業(yè)調(diào)研,在企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,傳統(tǒng)的圖板繪圖設(shè)計(jì)和傳統(tǒng)的人工設(shè)計(jì)已被淘汰。取代而之的是使用 Pro/E或UGS 進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的全過(guò)程的設(shè)計(jì)。,選用Pro/E 這個(gè)軟件進(jìn)行本課題的全過(guò)程設(shè)計(jì),其中包括三維建模、模具芯腔設(shè)計(jì)、EMX模具模架設(shè)計(jì),以及Pro/E 的工程圖功能。

Abstract
