論檔案的文化屬性

摘要：檔案忠實地記錄了社會文化發(fā)展的內(nèi)容和進程，它是文化的源泉，文化的精髓。檔案與檔案文化作為文化建設(shè)的一個層面，是人類寶貴的歷史遺產(chǎn)。利用檔案可以充分發(fā)揮檔案的文化底蘊，弘揚民族精神，維護國家團結(jié)。本文縱向從檔案本身、檔案工作、檔案建設(shè)三方面展開討論，全面分析了檔案及其工作的文化屬性。其中重點剖析了檔案的文化起源、社會存在本質(zhì)、檔案文明的社會地位；論述了檔案是文化的載體，以及檔案工作在當(dāng)今先進文化建設(shè)之中的作用；提出了在文化傳承中檔案信息資源建設(shè)的思考，包括加強檔案館工作的文化內(nèi)涵以及加強檔案信息數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)化。其中既有宏觀的理性分析，又有微觀的對實際問題的研究。僅希望這種總結(jié)與探討有助于促進當(dāng)前檔案的文化建設(shè)事業(yè)與其學(xué)術(shù)研究活動。

The cultural attribute of the file and archives work
Abstract:The archives has written down the content and process of social cultural development faithfully, it is the source of the culture, marrow of culture. The file and file culture are regarded as an aspect of the cultural construction, is the valuable legacy of history of the mankind. Utilize the file to give full play to the cultural inside information of the file, carry forward national spirit, safeguard national unity. This text builds three respects and organizes discussion from the file, archives work, file vertically, have analysed the file and cultural attribute of working in an all-round way. Among them has analyzed the cultural origin , social being essence , social status of the civilization of the file especially; Expound the fact file carrier of culture, and in function among being nowadays the advanced cultural construction archives work; Have put forward the thinking of file information resources construction in cultural continuity, including cultural intension that strengthen the work of archives and information figure networked to strengthen file. The reason that has the macroscopic among them analyses , there is study on practical problem of microcosmic. Hope the summary and discussion promote present cultural construction cause and its academic research activities of file to contribute to to probe into only.
