近幾年,隨著施工企業(yè)產(chǎn)值規(guī)模的年年上升,建筑施工管理已經(jīng)融于到建筑工程的各個(gè)方面,施工管理即是企業(yè)的主體又是企業(yè)的基本經(jīng)濟(jì)細(xì)胞。我國目前采用“五大控制”來管理施工管理的,即:質(zhì)量控制、安全控制、進(jìn)度控制、造價(jià)控制、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工管理。由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工條件差,人員復(fù)雜,制約施工管理的因素很多,其中質(zhì)量安全一直是最為重要的,也是一大難題,一個(gè)施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣,直接影響國家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的速度,也關(guān)系到工程的適用性和人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全和社會(huì)安定。所以,我們要高度重視質(zhì)量安全的管理,為企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者負(fù)責(zé),同時(shí)我們要嚴(yán)格做好“五大控制”的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),這樣施工管理才能有序進(jìn)行。本文從質(zhì)量、安全、進(jìn)度、造價(jià)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工來闡述這一套施工管理體系中所要注意的要點(diǎn),以及在施工中存在的問題和解決方案。

Key points of process in construction management
外文[Abstract]Construction project management is an organization of the whole process management which is from construction preparation to completion and acceptance of a warranty. It is very important for the whole project, but it is very complex. Therefore, to establish a set of scientific and complete management system of construction is very critical.
In recent years, along with the construction enterprise production scale increased year after year, construction management is incorporated into all aspects of construction engineering, construction management is not only the enterprise's main business but also the basic economic cell of enterprises. China currently uses the "Five Control" to manage the construction management, namely: quality control, safety control, schedule control, cost control, field civilization construction management. Due to the poor construction conditions, complex personnel, there are many restricting factors of construction management, the quality and safety has been one of the most important but also a big problem. The construction project quality directly affects the national economic construction speed, but also related to the applicability of the project and the people's life and property safety and social stability. Therefore, we should attach great importance to quality and safety management, responsible for the enterprise and the consumer, at the same time, we should strictly execute each link of "Five Control", so that the construction management is in order . This paper elaborates the key points which should be paid attention to this set of construction management system of quality, safety, progress, from cost and field civilization construction management, as well as the problems and solutions in construction.
