我國(guó)農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度探討

摘要：隨著農(nóng)村由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的轉(zhuǎn)型,農(nóng)村人口老齡化程度越來越高和城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快帶來了農(nóng)村家庭養(yǎng)老保障功能的下降,社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度作為一種正在探索中的新型保障制度,仍需進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和完善。本文從我國(guó)農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老的現(xiàn)狀以及其存在的問題出發(fā),得出了社會(huì)養(yǎng)老是我國(guó)農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),然后在分析我國(guó)農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了建立健全我國(guó)農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度的措施。

Abstract : With the transition from planned economic system to market economic system of countryside, rural aging population degree more and more high and constant quickening , urbanization of process bring rural family declining the function of supporting parents, and the social basic old-age pension system is as a kind of new-type guarantee system while exploring, still need to improve and perfect further. This text proceeds from current situation and its existing problem of supporting parents in the countryside of our country, and it is the development tendency of supporting parents in the countryside of our country to draw social pension, then on the basis of analysing rural society's basic old-age pension system existing problem of our country, have probed into the measure of establishing and improve system of rural society's endowment insurance of our country.
