我國女性就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

摘 要 半個多世紀以來，我國大陸女性在創(chuàng)造國家的物質(zhì)文明和精神文明的過程中發(fā)揮了“半邊天”的作用。政府將“男女平等”作為我國社會發(fā)展的一項基本國策，我國的法律為女性提供了包括政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和家庭生活等方面享有與男子平等權(quán)利的社會氛圍。在女性的就業(yè)權(quán)利問題上，國家在重要法律法規(guī)中給予了明確的保障。但是，我們還應(yīng)該看到，目前女性就業(yè)形勢仍然很嚴峻，并且出現(xiàn)了很多新問題，本文就是通過對這些現(xiàn)象、問題進行分析，尋求多種方式來更好的促進女性的就業(yè)，采取措施確保女性平等就業(yè)的權(quán)利不受侵犯。

Summary Over half a century and more, the continent women of our country give play to the role of " half the sky " during the process of creating material progress of the country and spiritual civilization . The government regards " equality of men and women " as a fundamental state policy of the social development of our country, the law of our country has offered to women the respects, such as politics, economy, culture and family life,etc. of including and enjoys the social atmosphere with man's equal rights. On women's employment right, the guarantee that the country has been defined in the important laws and regulations. However, we should also see , women's employment situation is still severe at present, and a lot of new problems appear, this text is through analysing these phenomena, questions, seek many ways to come better Promote women's employment, take measures to guarantee that the right of women's equal employment is not infringed.
