摘要
隨著我國旅游市場日益成熟，旅游交通條件的大力改善，國內(nèi)旅游業(yè)高速、持續(xù)發(fā)展，并呈上升趨勢,為經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的發(fā)展帶來了巨大的商機(jī).國內(nèi)外一些著名的連鎖品牌經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店紛紛在全國各地崛起,并且效益良好,從而引發(fā)了一輪經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的投資熱潮.在競爭日益激烈的酒店發(fā)展過程中,酒家也面臨著巨大的競爭壓力.進(jìn)行適合的營銷已經(jīng)成為酒店成敗的關(guān)鍵.為此本文分析來了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的產(chǎn)生背景,概念以及特點,探討了我姑經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的營銷現(xiàn)狀和在營銷中存在的問題.并在此基礎(chǔ)上歸納出經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的營銷策略,以及可以采納的一些措施,希望對經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的經(jīng)營管理能帶來一定的幫助.

Abstract
Under the big background of China’s rapid development in the tourism industry, the development of budget hotel fills with tremendous opportunities. Some famous brands of chain budget hotels at home and abroad explore their market in such regions as the Yangtze Delta one after another and have made great achievements, which has led to a new round of upsurge investment in budget hotels. In this process, working out the suitable marketing strategy is the key to success, and Home Inn, has done quite outstanding. In this paper, the background, concept and features of budget hotels have been analyzed, the marketing situation of the budget hotels and the 4Ps combinations of the marketing strategy of the budget hotels has been summed up. The writer also tries to find which choice can be taken and which experience can be absorbed in the marketing strategy of budget hotels, hoping to be helpful in the management of the budget hotels.
