項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)建立質(zhì)量管理體系的幾點(diǎn)探討

摘要：在工程建設(shè)監(jiān)理領(lǐng)域，項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)一直是監(jiān)理單位管理中的難點(diǎn)和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，為此，本文作者結(jié)合在項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)施質(zhì)量管理工作中的實(shí)踐，對(duì)項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)建立并貫徹ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系的必要性、質(zhì)量管理體系的要素、貫徹措施的要求、工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理、實(shí)施效果評(píng)價(jià)等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述 ，希望對(duì)開(kāi)展項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理機(jī)構(gòu)的工作有所借鑒。

Abstract: In construction field, the management of project supervision sections are always the difficulties and weaknesses of the construction supervision company. For the sake of it, the author takes advantage of the experience in carrying out the quality control of project supervision section and elaborates the necessity, quality control elements, requirement and working standard management of carrying out the quality control of project supervision section and effect estimate .
