[摘要]近年來(lái)，隨著因特（互聯(lián)）網(wǎng)的迅速崛起，傳統(tǒng)新聞傳媒上網(wǎng)和網(wǎng)上新聞業(yè)的發(fā)展，已成為社會(huì)傳播中的一道亮麗景觀。本文試圖通過(guò)傳媒網(wǎng)站的網(wǎng)頁(yè)觀察、傳媒界有關(guān)人士訪談及有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)（包括網(wǎng)上資料）研究，對(duì)我國(guó)內(nèi)地傳媒網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展歷程作一簡(jiǎn)單探討，并將之同美國(guó)的傳媒網(wǎng)站狀況，作一番比較。論文指出，我國(guó)傳媒網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)，經(jīng)過(guò)約5年的發(fā)展，至2000年已形成媒體聯(lián)手辦網(wǎng)站，規(guī)模擴(kuò)大，新聞信息和服務(wù)既走向內(nèi)容和形式的豐富多彩又辦出特色，影響逐漸擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)。而在媒體聯(lián)手共享信息資源、豐富網(wǎng)站的內(nèi)容并增強(qiáng)特色從而增添網(wǎng)站的吸引力、建立起有廣泛影響的傳媒網(wǎng)站等幾個(gè)方面，美國(guó)傳媒網(wǎng)站均有一些值得我們借鑒的做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我們應(yīng)細(xì)加研究。

Abstract：In resent years ，with the rapid development of the Internet ，mediawebsites have become a new scene in the changing media landscape.This paper studiesthrough observing media websites，interviewing some journalists and reviewing relatedliterature，the process of development of media websites in the Mainland of Chinaand compares it with that in the Unites States.It observes that through about fiveyears of growth ，up till 2000，the development of media websites in China haddisplayed the trends towards a number of media institutions jointly establishingand operating a website ，towards the enlargement of scale ，towards providinga diversified and distinctive content ，and towards an increase in social influence.Furthermore ，it points out that in the aspects of a number of media institutionsjoining hands to share information resources when practicing online journalism，of their efforts in enriching website content and improving the distinctive featuresso as to increase the attraction of media websites，and of establishing media websiteswith wide-spread influence，we can draw on the experience of US media practicewith operating websites.
