摘 要：鋼板校平剪板機是鋼板廠和鋼材庫房的重要設備。針對傳統(tǒng)裁剪機系統(tǒng)存在的控制精度低等問題，研制了一種基于臺達工控產品的460mm幅寬成卷鋼板校平剪板機自動控制系統(tǒng)。文中主要討論了系統(tǒng)設計及研制過程中的某些關鍵技術細節(jié)。經生產實踐應用說明該系統(tǒng)的設計是成功的，控制精度高，運行穩(wěn)定可靠，對于類似的間歇式裁剪系統(tǒng)經適當修改也可適用，有推廣應用意義。 關鍵詞：定長剪切 快速定位算法 剪切控制系統(tǒng)
Abstract: It is an important equipment to cutting machine of armor plate smoothing for armor plate factory and rolled steel depot. Aimed at the existent problems, such as lower in control precision etc for traditional control system of cutting machine, the author researched and made a sort of automatic control system of cutting machine with plain adjustment function for 460mm wide armor plate based on industrial control product solution of Delta company. It is mainly discussed to system design as well as some key technical detail in the process of research and manufacture. By way of
production practice and application, the result shows that it is successful in design, higher in control precision, stationary and reliable in running, and practicable for similar intermission cutting system through suitable modification. The system has engineering meaning of generalization and application.
