摘 要

多工位級進模是在普通級進模的基礎上發(fā)展起來的一種高精度、高效率、長壽命的模具,是技術密集型模具的重要代表,是沖模發(fā)展方向之一。這種模具除進行沖孔落料工作外,還可根據(jù)零件結構的特點和成形性質,完成壓筋、沖窩、彎曲、拉深等成形工序,甚至還可以在模具中完成裝配工序。沖壓時,將帶料或條料由模具入口端送進后,在嚴格控制步距精度的條件下,按照成形工藝安排的順序,通過各工位的連續(xù)沖壓,在最后工位經(jīng)沖裁或切斷后,便可沖制出符合產(chǎn)品要求的沖壓件。為保證多工位級進模的正常工作,模具必須具有高精度的導向和準確的定距系統(tǒng),配備有自動送料、自動出件、安全檢測等裝置。它的設計與制造與普通沖壓模大致相同,一般包括沖壓工藝性分析、確定沖壓工藝方案、選擇模具結構形式、沖裁工藝計算、主要零部件的結構與尺寸確定、各零部件的加工制造與裝配等。

Abstract

The multi-station progressive die is developed on the basis of the ordinary progressive die, high-precision, high efficiency, long life of the mold, is an important representative of the technology-intensive mold, is one of the direction of die development. In addition to punching blanking, this mold can also be based on the characteristics of the structural components and forming nature, complete beading, red nest, bending, deep drawing and forming processes, and can even be completed in the mold assembly process. Stamping, with material or strip sent by the mold inlet end, under the strict control of the conditions of step accuracy, according to the order of the forming process arrangements, continuous stamping station, at the last station by punching or cut off, can be punched out to meet the product requirements of stampings. In order to ensure the normal work of the multi-station progressive die, die must have a high-precision-oriented and accurate distance system, equipped with automatic feeding, automatic, security detection-devices. The same design and manufacture with ordinary stamping die, usually including the stamping process analysis to determine the stamping process plan, select the mold structure, calculate the blanking process, the main parts of the structure and sizing of parts manufacturing assembly.
