畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)（論文） 中 文 摘 要

　　　    介紹了一種新型的4 9 S石英晶體振蕩器生產(chǎn)設(shè)備一晶體自動(dòng)擺料機(jī)。該設(shè)備用于自動(dòng)高效地完成激光打標(biāo)前的晶體元件整理及擺盤操作。設(shè)備整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)緊湊、靈巧，控制系統(tǒng)以 A T 8 9 C 5 1單片機(jī)為核心，程序設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了操作簡便及智能功能。詳細(xì)闡述了設(shè)備的工作原理、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和電控系統(tǒng)。

Title      Crystal  Elements  Automatic  Arrangement  Machine      

Abstract：A novel crystal elements automatic arrangement machine for 49S crystal elements making was introduced in this paper．The machine was used to arrange the raw elements automatically and efficiently onto the conveyer trays before they were laser label marked .The machine has a compact and reasonable structure and use sanAT89C51 single-chip computer as its control center．In the   design of the software  , easy operation and intelligent function are fully considered . Its working principle，mechanical structure and the control system were discussed in detail．
