某市傳染病院住院部麻醉藥品的用藥分析

摘要：目的為了減少臨床上對(duì)麻醉藥品濫用、亂用的現(xiàn)象，分析用藥合理性來(lái)加強(qiáng)麻醉藥品合理使用意識(shí)和醫(yī)院的麻醉藥品管理。方法 通過(guò)用藥頻度、藥物利用指數(shù)、限定日費(fèi)用等指標(biāo)來(lái)分析近三年某市傳染病院住院部麻醉藥品用藥情況。結(jié)果 本院的麻醉藥品消耗金額呈逐年增加趨勢(shì)，而哌替啶的使用量在逐年的遞減，從2010-2012年芬太尼透皮貼、嗎啡緩釋片（30mg）的DDDs值均位居前3名。結(jié)論 本院的麻醉藥品使用基本上是合理的，但仍需加強(qiáng)麻醉藥品的管理，促進(jìn)本院麻醉藥品達(dá)到真正的安全、有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)的使用。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE In order to reduce the clinical phenomenon of abuse, narcotic drugs used in disorder, analysis of rational drug use to strengthen the rational use of anesthetics consciousness and hospital administration of narcotic drugs .METHODS  The frequency of drug use, drug utilization index, defined daily cost to analyze the infectious disease hospital in Fuzhou city narcotic drugs in inpatient department index in recent three years.RESULTS  The hospital narcotic consumption amount is increasing year by year, but the use of Pethidine Hydrochloride was in decline year by year, from 2010-2012 Fentanyl Transdermal System, Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tabelets (30mg) values of DDDs were among the top 3.CONCLUSION  Althoug The use of narcotic drugs is basically reasonable in Fuzhou Hospital for Infectious Diseases, we still need to strengthen the drug management, and promote the use of the narcotic drugs to achieve safe, effective, economic.
