氨基糖苷類抗生素后效應(yīng)及其臨床意義

摘要：近年來，隨著臨床上大量抗生素的使用，以及學(xué)者通過對抗生素的深入研究，我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn)抗生素后效應(yīng)( PAE)已經(jīng)越來越被人們所重視，并且在藥效學(xué)上，作為一類新的且重要的參數(shù)。在病原微生物、抗菌藥物、機(jī)體三者中扮演著重要的角色——為他們提供許多重要的信息。同時，它可以指導(dǎo)臨床更加合理地使用抗生素。臨床上，有一類治療感染性疾病不可或缺的抗生素，那就是氨基糖苷類抗生素。本文從氨基糖苷類抗生素后效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的機(jī)制、影響的因素，以及其聯(lián)合用藥時的后效應(yīng)等出發(fā)，從而提出基于氨基糖苷類抗生素后效應(yīng)的臨床給藥方案以及它的意義。

The Post Antibiotic Effect and Clinical Significance of Aminoglycoside Antibiotic


Abstract:In recent years, the research on the post antibiotic effect are becoming more and more deeply and widely as a large number of antibiotics using in clinical. The post-antibiotic effect as a new and important Pharmacokinetic parameters,provides more important information for the relationship of the bacteria,the body and antibiotics of the three. At the same time,it’s an important guidance for Clinical rational use of antibiotics. Aminoglycoside antibiotics is an important class of antibiotics on treatment of infectious diseases in the clinical.This article is going to talk about the mechanism of aminoglycoside antibiotic effect , influence factors, and the combined treatment .Finally, it puts forward the aminoglycoside antibiotic effect on clinical rational using antibiotics.
