xx醫(yī)院住院藥房口服擺藥管理探討

摘要：目的：收集和歸納現(xiàn)階段我院住院藥房口服擺藥管理中存在的種種弊端并對(duì)其整治改良。方法：根據(jù)住院藥房口服擺藥實(shí)踐內(nèi)容和藥師日常工作情況，對(duì)我院住院藥房口服擺藥中存在的問(wèn)題如擺藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)章制度不夠完善、藥品分劈后的劑量不符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、藥品的管理困難等九方面分別進(jìn)行分析和提出改進(jìn)措施。結(jié)果與結(jié)論：系統(tǒng)的提出了完善擺藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)章制度、引進(jìn)衛(wèi)生設(shè)備、設(shè)立固定人員進(jìn)行管理等改進(jìn)措施，科學(xué)化管理、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作規(guī)程、完善規(guī)章制度，來(lái)提高臨床用藥質(zhì)量和指導(dǎo)合理用藥，從而促進(jìn)日趨完善口服擺藥制度可以更好的服務(wù)患者。

Affiliated Hospital of Putian College inpatient pharmacy of oral administration
Abstract: Objective: to collect and summarize the drawbacks of present stage our hospital pharmacy administration of oral exist for the improvement and rectification. Methods: according to the hospital pharmacy dispensing pharmacists oral practice content and daily work, existence of dispensing in inpatient pharmacy in our hospital from problems such as oral medicine standard regulatory system is not perfect, split after the drug dose not conform to the standard, drug management difficulties and other nine aspects are analyzed and puts forward improving measures. Results and conclusion: the system was proposed to improve the standard rules and regulations, the introduction of medicine sanitary equipment, fixed set of personnel management measures for improvement, scientific management, standard operating procedures, rules and regulations, to improve the quality of clinical medication and to guide rational use of drugs, and to promote the perfection of the oral drug dispensing system can better service patients.
