摘    要

　　　民營企業(yè)的融資問題，一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)界爭論、關(guān)注的熱點話題。隨著民營經(jīng)濟(jì)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所占比重的逐步上升，民營經(jīng)濟(jì)展示出了強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢頭，其靈活的經(jīng)營方式及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生命力都讓人開始越來越多的關(guān)注民營企業(yè)。

　　　改革開放以來，民營企業(yè)從無到有，從弱到強(qiáng)，取得了迅猛的發(fā)展。民營企業(yè)已經(jīng)存在于各行各業(yè)中，民營企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展程度也因此成為了衡量一個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要參考指標(biāo)。在經(jīng)歷了2008年全世界的金融危機(jī)后，民營企業(yè)發(fā)展遇到了新的障礙和問題，民營企業(yè)面臨著更為嚴(yán)峻的生存和發(fā)展環(huán)境。

　　　文章在分析當(dāng)前民營企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，對存在于當(dāng)前融資環(huán)境中的障礙因素進(jìn)行了分析，如何改善當(dāng)前融資環(huán)境，促進(jìn)民營企業(yè)通暢融資，解決融資難的問題是文章研究的重點。

Private Enterprise Financing Environment Improvement and Policy Research

Abstract

　　　The financing problem of private enterprises, has been the economic circles, hot topic. With the private economy in the national economy in the proportion of civilian battalion economy rises stage by stage, showing a strong momentum of development, its flexible mode of operation and the vitality of sustainable development makes people began more and more attention to private enterprises.

　　　 Since the reform and opening up, China's private enterprises from scratch, from weak to strong, and achieved rapid development. Private enterprises already exist in all walks of life of our country, the degree of development of private enterprise economy has thus become an important index to measure a region's economic development. The world financial crisis in 2008, China's private enterprise development has encountered new obstacles and problems, and private enterprises are facing more severe the survival and development environment.

　　　Based on the analysis of the current financing of private enterprises on the basis of the status quo, to exist in the current financing obstacles in the environment factors were analyzed, how to improve the financing environment for private enterprises, promote the patency of financing, financing solution to the problem is the focus of this paper.
