摘要
　　　財(cái)務(wù)分析是對(duì)企業(yè)過(guò)去及現(xiàn)在的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況、財(cái)務(wù)狀況以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀況進(jìn)行的分析活動(dòng)，它是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理活動(dòng)的重要組成內(nèi)容。在經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境日益復(fù)雜、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的條件下，經(jīng)營(yíng)者要做出正確的決策離不開(kāi)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)分析。財(cái)務(wù)分析與評(píng)價(jià)作為企業(yè)決策的支持系統(tǒng)，在企業(yè)管理中占著舉足輕重的地位。
　　　本文以xx工程公司為研究對(duì)象，以其近三年的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表為基礎(chǔ)，運(yùn)用比較分析法、趨勢(shì)分析法、比率分析法、圖表分析法等基本財(cái)務(wù)分析方法，詳細(xì)地分析了海亮股份公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況和財(cái)務(wù)狀況, 針對(duì)xx工程公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方面存在的一些問(wèn)題，本文提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議.
　　　全文共分四個(gè)部分，第一部分和第二部分，詳細(xì)介紹本文所采取財(cái)務(wù)分析方法及其相關(guān)理論。第三部分，對(duì)上港集箱做全面的財(cái)務(wù)分析。第四部分，對(duì)xx工程公司財(cái)務(wù)綜合分析。以目前企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，管理者當(dāng)局應(yīng)以怎樣的態(tài)度才更有利于企業(yè)的發(fā)展，并就企業(yè)存在的財(cái)務(wù)管理問(wèn)題提出了一些財(cái)務(wù)管理對(duì)策。

Abstract
　　　The financial decision is the important part of the management decision．With analyzing the financial statements，can it make the information user acquire the information of financial position and managing achievement in order to guide the decision.In the face of increasingly complicated economic environment and fierce competition ,enterprise financial analysis is necessary for a business operator to make a correct decision．As a supporting system of enterprise decision—making，financial analysis and eva luation plays take an important role in the enterprise management．
　　　 This paper takes the He bei Engineering Co.，Ltd as the object of study, takes companies nearest three year's financial reports as the foundation，then use some basic financial analysis methods to analysis the company’s financial situation，such as the comparison analysis method，the tendency analysis method，the a ratio analysis method etc．
　　　In view of some questions which existed in the management and operation aspect of the company, this article proposed the corresponding
　　　countermeasures for enterprise superintendent decision-making reference.
　　　The paper is based on four parts．The first pert and The second part introduces the financial analysis method adopted and it related theories．The third part of the paper totally analyzes the financial status of the company．The fourth part makes a general analysis on the company's finance.The thesis points out that according to the present situation of the company what attitude the management should take is conducive to the development of the company．What's more，the thesis puts forward some financial strategies in terms of the present financial management problems．
