摘 要
　　　選擇何種財務管理模式支撐企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標實現(xiàn)，一直是跨國企業(yè)研究的課題，任何一種財務管理模式都是為生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營和戰(zhàn)略目標實現(xiàn)服務，有效的財務管理模式有利于提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營效率，擴大企業(yè)經(jīng)營成果，為經(jīng)營決策提供強有力支撐，有助于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標實現(xiàn)。財務管理模式是否有效，能否為企業(yè)快速、準確地決策提供信息支撐，都會對華日公司今后發(fā)展產(chǎn)生很大的影響，特別是隨著華日公司近幾年兼并擴張，目前財務管理模式的不適應逐漸顯現(xiàn)。
　　　論文根據(jù)財務管理相關理論知識，在國內外學者研究的基礎上，運用定性與定量，理論與實踐相結合的方法，具體分析了華日公司現(xiàn)行的財務管理模式，著重探討了公司在財務管理各環(huán)節(jié)中存在的財務管理不健全、會計政策不統(tǒng)一、財務管理基礎薄弱等一系列問題。因此，企業(yè)要想在激烈市場競爭中獲得優(yōu)勢，就必須制定適合自身發(fā)展的財務管理模式。

Abstract

　　　Choosing which financial management mode supporting enterprise strategic target to realize, has been the topic of the transnational enterprise studies, Any financial management mode is realizes of the service for the production operation and the strategic target. The effective financial management mode is advantageous in raising the enterprise production operation efficiency, the expanded enterprise management performance, providing the powerful support for the operating decisions. It is also help for realizing or not the enterprise strategy goal. The financial management mode is effective, whether for the enterprise fast, the decision-making to provide the information support accurately, can develop from now on to the HuaRi Company has the very tremendous influence, specially in recent years annexes the expansion along with the HuaRi Company, at present the financial control pattern does not adapt appears gradually.
　　　According to the financial control correlation theories knowledge, this essay analyze the present financial management mode of HuaRi company. in the basis of the domestic and foreign scholars studies, utilizing by combining theory with practice. It discussed the financial management of each link of the existing problems: Imperfect financial management system; Disunion accounting polices; Obstructed management system. Therefore, if the enterprise wants to obtain the superiority in the intense market competition, It must formulate the financial management mode which is suitable for the development.
