摘要
供染色的筒紗比普通的筒紗要求更高,特別是要求筒紗的密度均勻一致、有非常精密的無重疊的紗線層、錠長錠徑更加準確、紗線的退繞更好,這種卷裝在染色過程中具有最佳的液體滲透性。本文對影響筒紗密度及均勻性的相關(guān)因素進行了實驗分析,對相關(guān)工藝參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化。得出了以下結(jié)論:
松式絡(luò)筒速度不影響筒紗密度;臂壓力對密度的影響較大,一般在密度相差較大時優(yōu)先考慮調(diào)整臂壓力;張力是控制筒紗密度的關(guān)鍵因素,在筒紗密度相差不大時進行微調(diào);超喂的目的是充分釋放張力,根據(jù)紗線品種的不同可選擇不同的超喂比;交叉角主要是配合軟邊表消除硬邊和方便下道工序退繞,一般情況選擇精密型,根據(jù)紗線品種可選擇不同的交叉角。交叉角一般不宜選擇太大;溫濕度對松式卷裝密度影響較大,一般要控制它的穩(wěn)定性。
Abstract
Soft winders for dyeing than ordinary demanding, especially the requirements of uniform density winders package, there is no duplication of sophisticated yarn layer diameter ingot ingot length is more accurate and better yarn around the back, This volume in a dyeing process of the liquid permeability of the best. In this paper, effects of density and uniformity Soft winders other relevant factors that the experimental analysis of the relevant process parameters were optimized. Drew the following conclusions:
Soft winders does not affect the speed of winding density; arm pressure on the density of the larger, more general difference in the density when the pressure to give priority to the adjustment arm; winders package tension is to control the density of the key factors, an insignificant difference in the density of Soft winders When fine-tuning; the purpose of feed roller the full release of tension, according to the different choice of yarns of different varieties of feed roller ratio; cross angle is in line with the soft side of the main table to facilitate the elimination of hard-edged and procedures under the Unwinding generally choose precision type, in accordance with choice of different varieties of yarn cross angle. Angle cross-general should not be too much choice; temperature and humidity on the pine-style volume density greater impact in general to control its stability.
