三爪卡盤增力機構(gòu)夾具設(shè)計

[摘要] 設(shè)計是在三爪卡盤上加裝擺動式液壓缸和平面螺旋機構(gòu)的螺旋擺動式液壓缸增力機構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)。傳統(tǒng)的機床如車床、銑床上三爪卡盤的工作一般依靠工人用手工進行夾緊,這不但增加了工人的勞動強度,而且所需夾緊力非常大,還常常有夾不緊的情況,阻礙了生產(chǎn)率的提高。通過在三爪卡盤加裝擺動式液壓缸和平面螺旋機構(gòu)構(gòu)成螺旋擺動式液壓缸增力機構(gòu),可實現(xiàn)與原有卡盤體的較好結(jié)合,并使外加壓力能轉(zhuǎn)換成圓周運動,且其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,工作可靠,能達到較高的增力比,最后能達到較好的效果。
