泰安市房地產行業(yè)發(fā)展狀況的調查與研究


【摘要】房地產市場與人民的生活密切相關，不論是從帶動國民經濟發(fā)展的角度，還是從滿足人民群眾基本需求的角度，房地產市場的發(fā)展都至關重要。本文正是通過分析泰安市房地產業(yè)有關商品住宅房價和成本分析、人均住宅面積、區(qū)域分布差異及住房需求的現狀，發(fā)現泰安市房價上漲過快、結構不合理等問題，提出相應的對策和建議。

The investigation and research of development situation for TaiAn real estate


【Abstract】The real estate market is related to people’s lives closely, whether they are driven from the perspective of national economic development, or to satisfy the basic needs of the perspective, the development of the real estate market are of vital importance. It is through this analysis of Tai’an City residential real estate-related commodity prices and cost analysis, the average of capital residential area, regional differences and distribution of the housing needs of the status, Tai’an City found that house prices rose too fast and irrational structure, including on the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
