摘要：本程序的設(shè)計(jì)利用西門子S7-200系列PLC進(jìn)行編程試驗(yàn)。我們利用水平放在桌面上的裝有原動(dòng)機(jī)、傳感器的傳送帶來(lái)模擬三層電梯的運(yùn)行。根據(jù)任務(wù)要求進(jìn)行程序編寫、控制系統(tǒng)框圖、流程圖的設(shè)計(jì)、I/O分配、梯形圖的繪制、程序的調(diào)試與分析。經(jīng)過(guò)努力，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的程序已符合設(shè)計(jì)要求：當(dāng)電梯在某一層?？亢螅绻麤]有別的層站呼叫，電梯就始終?？吭谶@里。如已有登記過(guò)的呼叫信號(hào)，那在本站?？亢笠?秒才能繼續(xù)啟動(dòng)。如已過(guò)3秒后才有呼叫信號(hào)，那什么時(shí)候來(lái)信號(hào)，立即響應(yīng)運(yùn)行電梯。如此時(shí)有本層呼梯信號(hào),那其他層站信號(hào)要等待3后才能響應(yīng).呼梯信號(hào)的相應(yīng)原則也已滿足:優(yōu)先響應(yīng)最遠(yuǎn)信號(hào)、順向截車、反向保號(hào)、較內(nèi)優(yōu)先.

Summary:The design xploitationsiemens S7-200 series PLC of tis procedure carries on weaving a distance to experiment.We make use of the level puts on the table’s top of have prime mover and spread the feeling machine of the transmission bring to imitate three movement of the layer elevators.Carry on accoding to the mission request the procedure write,the control system frame diagram,flow chart of the design,the I／O allotment,the trapezoid diagram dram,the procedure adjust to try with the analysis.Through effort,we design of the procedure has already met a design request:When elevator at the same layer stop to depend after,if have no another layer station stop to depend always here.Such as have already led a 3S to just have call sign signal behind,that sends a letter here when number,respond to movement elevator immediately,the such hour has this layer to movement elevator immediately.The such hour has this layer to shout the step signal,that other layer station the signal can respond to farthest signal,agreeable to cut a car,anti-to protect numer,inside have the initiative.
