火焰原子吸收法測定葡萄干中微量元素

摘  要

葡萄干，作為我國傳統(tǒng)食品，已經(jīng)為人們所熟識，我們已經(jīng)認(rèn)識到葡萄干中含有多種無機元素，并且其中某些元素對人體具有非常顯著的功效。本實驗采用HNO3-HClO4（5:1）混酸消化葡萄干，用火焰原子吸收法分析測定了Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu四種微量元素。實驗表明葡萄干中的Ca、Fe含量較為豐富。本方法的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.265%~4.878%，加標(biāo)回收率為98.65%~102.00%。

FAAS Determination of Trace Elements in raisins

Abstract

Raisins have been acquainted as the traditional food. We have recognized that the raisins contains a variety of inorganic elements, and some of the elements have a great effect on our body. This experiment uses HNO3-HClO4 (5: 1) mixed acid to digest raisins ，and trace amounts of Ca、Fe、Zn and Cu in it were determined by flame atomic absorption spetrometry. The result shows that Ca, Fe is more abundant in the raisins. the relative standard deviation of this method is 0.242% ~ 5.05%, and recovery rate in the range is 98.25%~102.00%。
