The article proves that real estate is close relate to other industries and socio-economic environment. And also descript upstream and downstream relationships between real estate and national economy. In view of present real estate industry to economic growth technical progress factor algorithm existence insufficiency. Using the improved formula, we measured that Shenyang, in 2006 the real estate industry's contribution to economic growth for the 12.32%,Pulling effect, real estate for economic growth to 2.18%.From this we know that the real estate is Shenyang’s economic pillar industry. Shenyang’s economic is excessive dependence on real estate. The article give some suggestions about actively cultivate other industries and to promote the coordinated development of the socio-economic.


文摘:本文證明房地產(chǎn)與其他行業(yè)和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境是密切關(guān)聯(lián)的。實(shí)事即上游和下游之間的關(guān)系,房地產(chǎn)和國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)。針對(duì)目前房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)步因子算法存在的不足。使用改進(jìn)后的公式,據(jù)我們測(cè)量,沈陽(yáng),2006年房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)為12.32%,拉動(dòng)效應(yīng),房地產(chǎn)對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)為2.18%。從這我們知道,房地產(chǎn)是沈陽(yáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。沈陽(yáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)過(guò)度依賴房地產(chǎn)。這篇文章給一些建議關(guān)于積極培養(yǎng)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)和促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
