摘要:太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電是一種最具有可持續(xù)/發(fā)展的最理想的特殊性能優(yōu)越的可再生能源發(fā)電技術(shù),太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電設(shè)備產(chǎn)業(yè),是人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展與科技創(chuàng)新的重大項(xiàng)目工程,是世界發(fā)展速度最快的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。本文簡(jiǎn)單闡述了當(dāng)前太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)的核心器件太陽(yáng)電池出發(fā),介紹了各類(lèi)太陽(yáng)電池的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展情況,分析了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)在光伏發(fā)電領(lǐng)域所取得的進(jìn)展和存在問(wèn)題,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電的前景進(jìn)行展望。
