隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng),建筑電氣各系統(tǒng)設(shè)備技術(shù)水平得到極大改善和提高。本次設(shè)計(jì)長(zhǎng)化辦公大樓供配電工程,以安全可靠,經(jīng)濟(jì)靈活的原則電氣系統(tǒng),優(yōu)先考慮先進(jìn) 可靠的裝備,以達(dá)到時(shí)代對(duì)建筑電氣設(shè)計(jì)的要求。在供配電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)滿足供電可靠性,電力系統(tǒng)采用樹干式和放射式相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行配電,以達(dá)到安全可靠,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的設(shè)計(jì)要求。還要做到遠(yuǎn)近期相結(jié)合并考慮擴(kuò)充的可能性適當(dāng)留有余量。照明系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)從科學(xué)合理的角度出發(fā) 并以節(jié)能高效的原則,選擇高效率的燈具,以達(dá)到節(jié)約能源,保護(hù)環(huán)境,建立優(yōu)質(zhì)高效,經(jīng)濟(jì)舒適,安全可靠,提高人們生活質(zhì)量和工作效率,保護(hù)身心健康的照明環(huán)境。消防系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)以“預(yù)防為主,防消結(jié)合”為目的,本工程根據(jù)其使用性質(zhì),規(guī)模及消防要求等采用集中報(bào)警控制系統(tǒng),并設(shè)專門的消防控制室,用來(lái)監(jiān)視建筑物內(nèi)的消防設(shè)施,進(jìn)行探測(cè)和控制。
As the national economy has been growing steadily, building electrical systems equipment technology will be greatly improved and enhanced. This design a Changhua high-bulilding for business and living, electrical engineering, to safe, reliable, and flexible economic principles designed electrical system, priority advanced, reliable, the use of equipment to meet the requirements of the times for building electrical design. For the electricity distribution syetem design should meet reliability power systems and radiation-used trunk-style method combining distribution to achieve safe, reliable, economic reasonable design requirements. Also do well in light of the recent expansion and consider the possibility of appropriate criminal cushion. Lighting design from a scientific and rational perspective, and energe conservation and efficiency, the choice of efficient lamps to achieve energe conservation, environmental protection, the establishment of a high-quality, effective, economic comfortable, safe, reliable, quality of life and enhance the efficiency and protect the physical and mental health of the lighting environment. Fire system design to “focusing on prevention and anti-wave combination” for the purpose of the project according to the nature of their use, size and fire warning requirements on the use of control systems, and specialized fire control room located to monitor building fire facilities, detection and control.
