環(huán)境污染事故風險評價方法的發(fā)展讀書報告

摘要：突發(fā)環(huán)境污染事故風險分析方法是控制環(huán)境污染事故的重要組成部分。通過對環(huán)境污染事故風險評價有利于對風險的認識和分級，然后積極采取風險管理措施，有效的處置風險，規(guī)避風險引發(fā)事故帶來的損失。概述了風險評價方法在指標量化、時效性、評價依據(jù)和應用范圍四個方面的發(fā)展規(guī)律。同時，也提出風險評價方法向電腦模擬方向發(fā)展的建議。

Analyses the development of environmental pollution accident risk assessment methods
Abstract: Sudden environmental pollution accident risk analysis method is an important part of the control environmental pollution accident. Through risk eva luation of environmental pollution accidents is advantageous to the understanding of risk and classification， and then take active measures， risk management and effective disposal of risk and avoid risk of accidents. Summarizes the risk eva luation method in the index quantification， timeliness， eva luation basis and application scope the development law of four aspects. At the same time， it puts forward the risk eva luation method to develop in the direction of computer simulations of the proposal.
