摘 要

根據(jù)事故致因理論，絕大部分的工傷事故是由于工人的不安全行為造成的。安全激勵(lì)的缺乏造成了工人安全生產(chǎn)動力的缺失，通過對行為激勵(lì)理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)理論的研究情況進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)，簡要介紹了國內(nèi)外對安全激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究情況和安全激勵(lì)機(jī)制對安全管理的促進(jìn)作用，安全激勵(lì)主要包括經(jīng)濟(jì)（物質(zhì)）激勵(lì)和行為（精神）激勵(lì)。闡述了我國現(xiàn)有安全激勵(lì)機(jī)制存在的缺陷和弊端。

Abstract

According to the accident cause theory, the vast majority of accidents are caused by unsafe behavior of workers. The lack of safety incentives caused the lack of safe production in power workers, by means of behavior incentive theory and the paper summarizes the research situation of economic incentive theory, this paper introduces the study of safety incentive mechanism and incentive mechanism for the promotion of safety management, safety security incentive mainly includes economic (material) and behavior (mental) incentives. This paper expounds the existing security defects of incentive mechanism and disadvantages.
