摘要:丁二烯抽提裝置中由于存在大量的溶劑和丁二烯、炔烴等C4烴類,這些物質(zhì)都是有毒、易燃、易爆的。由于介質(zhì)自身的物性特點,為了保證安全生產(chǎn),主要分析以下危險因素:二烯烴特別是高濃度的丁二烯易自聚;較高濃度C4炔烴等受熱分解而引發(fā)爆炸;丁二烯C4烴及溶劑和化學(xué)品等有爆炸火災(zāi)危險性及毒性。

Abstract:Butadiene extraction unit in the presence of a large amount of solvent and butadiene, acetylene and other C4 hydrocarbons, these substances are toxic, flammable and explosive.
