丁二烯危險性因素分析文獻綜述

摘要：丁二烯抽提裝置中由于存在大量的溶劑和丁二烯、炔烴等C4烴類，這些物質(zhì)都是有毒、易燃、易爆的。由于介質(zhì)自身的物性特點，為了保證安全生產(chǎn)，主要分析以下危險因素:二烯烴特別是高濃度的丁二烯易自聚；較高濃度C4炔烴等受熱分解而引發(fā)爆炸；丁二烯C4烴及溶劑和化學(xué)品等有爆炸火災(zāi)危險性及毒性。

Abstract：Butadiene extraction unit in the presence of a large amount of solvent and butadiene， acetylene and other C4 hydrocarbons， these substances are toxic， flammable and explosive. Due to the characteristics of the physical properties of the medium itself， in order to ensure safety in production， mainly analyzes the following risk factors: two olefins especially high concentrations of butadiene and easy self-polymerization； higher concentrations C4 hydrocarbons thermal decomposition of acetylene explode； butadiene C4 hydrocarbons and solvents and chemicals such as fire risk of explosion and toxic.
