摘要
    油庫(kù)是接收、儲(chǔ)存、發(fā)放石油或石油產(chǎn)品的獨(dú)立企業(yè)或單位。它是協(xié)調(diào)原油生產(chǎn)、原油加工、成品油供應(yīng)及運(yùn)輸?shù)募~帶,是國(guó)家石油儲(chǔ)備和供應(yīng)的基地,也是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和軍隊(duì)后勤建設(shè)的重要組成部分。它對(duì)于保障國(guó)防和促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展具有相當(dāng)重要的意義。
由于石油工業(yè)的快速進(jìn)步和石油戰(zhàn)略地位的不斷提高,油庫(kù)的建設(shè)也越來越重要。本設(shè)計(jì)將根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書,擬建一座B成品油庫(kù),以便沿鐵路進(jìn)庫(kù)和公路運(yùn)出。在綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)的前提下,查閱了有關(guān)成品油庫(kù)各操作單元設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算的規(guī)范及文獻(xiàn)。本設(shè)計(jì)闡述了設(shè)計(jì)思路和相關(guān)理論,介紹了主要運(yùn)用到的計(jì)算公式、計(jì)算結(jié)果;詳細(xì)說明了成品油庫(kù)各操作單元的計(jì)算過程,并設(shè)計(jì)了該油庫(kù)的總平面布置圖和工藝流程圖。本設(shè)計(jì)主要包括總平面布置、工藝流程及消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算等方面。本油庫(kù)的總平面布置符合有關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定,工藝設(shè)計(jì)合理、且完全滿足任務(wù)書規(guī)定的收發(fā)油及儲(chǔ)存作業(yè)要求。

ABSTRACT
Depot is receiving, storing, issuing oil or independent companies or units of petroleum products. It is the coordination of crude oil production, crude oil processing, oil supply and transportation link is the national oil reserve bases and supply, as well as an important part of China's modernization and construction of military logistics. It has a very important significance for the protection of national defense and the rapid development of the national economy.
Due to the rapid progress and continuously improve oil and strategic position of the oil industry, oil depot building more and more important. The design will be based on the design task book, in the vicinity of the proposed station B a crude oil joint library for joint oil purification station through which the outside opposite to the first station and refinery output. Under the premise of the integrated use of expertise, access to the specification and the literature on the various operating units of crude library design and calculation. This design describes the design ideas and theories are introduced to the main use of the formula to calculate the results; a detailed description of the calculation process crude library each operating unit and the overall design of the plane of the depot layout and process flow diagrams. The design includes the general layout, process design and fire protection systems and computing, automation and control and other aspects of the conceptual design. General layout of the depot comply with the relevant specification, rational process design, and fully meet the requirements of receiving oil and store operations tasks specified in the letter.
