論文主要介紹醫(yī)用輸液加熱系統(tǒng)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)以及軟件和硬件的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。系統(tǒng)以AT89C52 單片機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)采取整體-部分PID 增量算法和脈沖寬度調(diào)制 (PWM) 相結(jié)合。系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行程序由結(jié)構(gòu)化模型組成。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明這個(gè)系統(tǒng)簡單、可靠, 易于操作并且有高度控制準(zhǔn)確性和短控制時(shí)間, 符合病人和醫(yī)院兩方的要求。
This paper introduces the main constitution, the method of software and hardware structure realization of a medical infusion heating system. The system is based on AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer and adopts the integral-separated PID increment arithmetic algorithm combined with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). The application programs of the system is composed of structured models. The application result shows that the system is simple,reliable, easy to operate and has high controlling accuracy and short control time,which meets both the requirements of patients and hospital.
