摘 要
在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息時代,關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)字資源的版權(quán)紛爭日益嚴(yán)重。網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)字資源的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)逐漸引起人們的重視。本課題設(shè)計了一個版權(quán)保護(hù)系統(tǒng),通過基于MD5算法進(jìn)行信息摘要的版權(quán)注冊技術(shù),為用戶發(fā)布的具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的作品提供版權(quán)注冊、公證,在出現(xiàn)關(guān)于版權(quán)方面的糾紛時更好地為用戶權(quán)益提供保護(hù)。
本文對網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)字資源的版權(quán)保護(hù)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析,對國內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行比較,闡述了當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)字資源版權(quán)保護(hù)發(fā)展的緊迫性和必要性,同時展望了該領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的前景。
隨后在文中分別介紹了MD5算法及其應(yīng)用、Web服務(wù)技術(shù)及基于Web服務(wù)的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架。最后針對開發(fā)的原型系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)設(shè)計進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,對其實現(xiàn)作了說明,主要有Web模塊、Web Service模塊及Windows模塊三個組成部分。

Investigation and Implementation of Copyright Register Techniques based on Message Digest
ABSTRACT
In the Information Age, the copyright disputes of information resources on the network have occurred one after another. Network resources intellectual property protection is gaining people's attention. The subject hope to be able to design a copyright protection system, and through copyright registration technology using MD5 algorithm which based on Message Digest, provide users’ originalities which have independent intellectual property rights with copyright registration and notary. In the meantime, it provides more effective copyright protection.
In this paper, the main description, first and the foremost, is about the status and development of copyright protection of information resources on the network. It analyzes the situation at home and abroad, expounded urgency and necessity of the development of copyright protection to network resources currently, meanwhile the prospect for the future development.
Secondly, it introduces the application of the MD5 algorithm and its application, also the Web Service technology which are used in the subject. Finally, the overall structure of the system design is expatiated, and its implementation is described. The system is composed of three parts, Web module, Web Service module and Windows modules.
