摘要：
本研究工作是以環(huán)氧樹脂粘合劑作為結(jié)構(gòu)膠進(jìn)行金屬與橡膠的粘接，并測(cè)試其剪切強(qiáng)度。由于橡膠表面的極性較弱、活性較低，并且存在脫模劑和噴霜物，因此要想把它粘合到強(qiáng)極性的金屬表面上就必須進(jìn)行表面處理。
ABSTRACT
his research work is the structure gum to carry on the metal and NR, BR, IIR, EPDM, SBR, the cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber non- polarity Vulcanization to glue the adjoin with the adhesive of epoxy resin, and test its shear strength. The weaker is because of the polarity of the surface of Vulcanization moreover, the activity is lower, and exist the releasing agent and spray frost thing, so to want to make the metal that its adhesion arrives the strong polarity use the rubber surface chemistry treating method superficial must.
