摘要：
隨著網(wǎng)上信息的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)上在人們生活中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。 招聘網(wǎng)站為應(yīng)聘者提供了方便、快捷的應(yīng)聘途徑。對(duì)招聘單位來說，招聘網(wǎng)站也為他們提供了查詢、檢索應(yīng)聘者信息庫的條件，使招聘工作中的人員初選工作變得輕松易行。此系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)為應(yīng)聘者及招聘公司帶來了很大的方便和經(jīng)濟(jì)，使他們足不出戶就可以輕輕松松地完成求職和招聘工作。
本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的核心內(nèi)容就是實(shí)現(xiàn)招聘時(shí)企業(yè)和人才的交互選擇，這個(gè)交互可以理解為企業(yè)本身的信息，企業(yè)的招聘信息、人才本身的信息及人才的求職信息4個(gè)方面，同時(shí)，為了更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)這些交互，還需要提供一些附屬的欄目，如站點(diǎn)新聞、政策法規(guī)等，以便于信息的傳遞。

Abstract:
With the on-line information on the development of the Internet in people's lives more and more applications. To recruit candidates for the site provides a convenient, fast way to the candidates.
