使用考試日程管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行管理，具有手工所無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。例如：編排迅速﹑查詢(xún)方便﹑準(zhǔn)確性高﹑成本低﹑高效率等?？荚嚾粘叹幣畔到y(tǒng)就是集合日程管理與計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的新產(chǎn)物，它可以在學(xué)校整個(gè)教務(wù)管理過(guò)程中起到舉足輕重的位置，一般的學(xué)校均具有自己的教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)，這既給管理者提供了方便，也給學(xué)校自身節(jié)約資源，提高工作效率起到了關(guān)鍵的作用?？傊荚嚾粘坦芾硐到y(tǒng)旨在提供一個(gè)可以操作的，方便快捷，易于修改的輔助管理系統(tǒng)以抬高日常教學(xué)工作的效率和方便性。
考試日程管理系統(tǒng)是基于Visual Basic 6.0技術(shù)和ACCESS數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的應(yīng)用技術(shù)，設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)考試日程管理系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)考試日程安排的基本管理。本課題的設(shè)計(jì)和完成，旨在掌握Visual Basic 6.0環(huán)境下開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)和ACCESS數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的應(yīng)用技術(shù)，了解考試日程管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯，能夠?qū)⒂?jì)算機(jī)開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到實(shí)際的管理信息系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中，培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)際項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)的基本能力，鍛煉獨(dú)立思考，分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力。需要掌握VB 6.0開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)和ACCESS的應(yīng)用技術(shù)

Abstract
According to the examination schedule of the flow chart, the whole system is divided into five parts: the user lands, the information input, the data processing, the information derives and the examination inquiry functional module. The information input mainly realizes the student information input, the chosen class input, the classroom information input, the curriculum information input and the automatic input function. The data processing completes the classroom automatically distribution. According to designated trails, the information derived inducts data into a data disk or a local hard disk called StuScore.mdb database. The examination query realizes the examination arrangements and inquiries.
