摘要 目的：應(yīng)用各種提取分離方法，對(duì)八角茴香中的莽草酸進(jìn)行提取分離，找出更加簡便可行的方法。方法：用不同比例的水－乙醇液提取莽草酸，再重結(jié)晶，通過熔點(diǎn)測定、薄層色譜和紫外分光光度法測定莽草酸的純度。結(jié)果：用95 %的乙醇來提取莽草酸效果最佳。結(jié)論：研究結(jié)果證實(shí)本實(shí)驗(yàn)所采用的提取工藝合理可行。

Abstract：Objective： By all kinds of different ways, we refine and seperate the Acid from Anissed to find out which way is simpler and feasibler. Methods：Firstly, according to the different ration of water and ethanol, we can refine Acid and form recrystallization. Secondly, we test the purity by TLC. At last, we test Shikimic Acid ’ S content by the measure of the UV spectrophotometry. Results：It is the best way to refine Shikimic Acid ’ S by 95 % ethanol. Conclusion：The result of reserch shows that it is reasonable to adopt to refine techology in this experiment
