摘 要
隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,射頻電路設(shè)計(jì)方法日趨成熟,射頻覆蓋的頻率范圍也越來(lái)越寬。當(dāng)前,射頻和數(shù)字設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始越來(lái)越接近,所以,在典型的通信系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,需要將射頻和數(shù)字設(shè)計(jì)原則結(jié)合在一起考慮。盡管直接將射頻信號(hào)數(shù)字化仍然存在困難,但是在很多通信系統(tǒng)中數(shù)字信號(hào)處理正在扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色。射頻發(fā)射系統(tǒng)主要由前置放大器、上變頻器、振蕩器、濾波器、功率放大器及天線組成。其功能是將所要發(fā)送的基帶信號(hào)經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)制后,將頻譜搬移到射頻上,再經(jīng)過(guò)高頻放大,達(dá)到額定功率之后,饋送到天線,發(fā)送到空間去。本系統(tǒng)是設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)發(fā)射頻率為900MHz的射頻前端發(fā)射機(jī)。其中重點(diǎn)分析了上變頻器、功率放大器、及天線的設(shè)計(jì)方法與性能要求,并采用ADS (Advanced Design System)軟件對(duì)功率放大器和天線進(jìn)行了S參數(shù)仿真分析。最后,應(yīng)用AC仿真器對(duì)發(fā)射機(jī)的整機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了預(yù)算增益仿真分析,設(shè)計(jì)基本達(dá)到了要求。

Abstract
Its function is want to send out of the basic moves the frequency chart to move to a radio frequency after taking a letter number process make up, pass by again high frequency to enlarge, attain a sum settle power after, the sends to antenna, sending out space. This system is to design a radio frequency heads whichshoots the frequency as 900 MHz to shoot machine. Among them, the point analyzed to change design method and function request of Up Mixer , Power Amplifier , and Antenna up.Combine adoption ADS the software carried on S parameter to imitate true analysis to the power enlarger and the antenna.The last,apply AC to imitate a true machine to shoot machine of the whole machine system carried on budget to increase a benefit to imitate true analysis, and the design basic come to an a purpose.
