摘要 隨著社會經濟的高速發(fā)展，計算機技術、變頻技術、可編程控制技術也有了很大的發(fā)展和提高。與此同時，它們也開始在升降機中運用。正是由于它們的運用，升降機才開始變得人性化、智能化、信息網絡化、綠色環(huán)保。由于生產工藝的要求，上海大眾南京分公司汽車制造廠在一些生產線上配備了這些自動化程度高的升降機，生產線的生產效率因此提高了很多。在這些升降機中底盤下線升降機最具代表性。底盤下線升降機主要是實現車身從底盤懸掛輸送線平穩(wěn)、無間隔的轉移到最終線板鏈上這一功能。底盤下線升降機由帶傳動、萬向傳動裝置等來完成動力的傳遞。升降機的驅動電機由SEW MC07B變頻器及MDX61B變頻器來控制。升降機通過工業(yè)以太網接入到底盤線輸送控制系統，此系統將完成對升降機的監(jiān)控和運行管理。升降機旁設有現場操作站，現場操作站有自動模式、手動模式、維護模式三種。操作站控制柜箱人機界面也遵循著以用戶為中心的基本設計原則、順序原則、功能原則、一致性原則、頻率原則、重要性原則和面向對象原則。出于對設備和人身安全的考慮，底盤下線升降機還配備了急停、安全門系統和入口光幕系統。

The Structure and Control of Elevator in Chassis Line
ABSTRACT With the rapid social and economic development,computer technology,inverter technology,programmable control technology has been greatly developed and improved. At the same time,they also began to use in the elevator.It is because of their use of the lift began to become humane,intelligent information network,green.Due to production requirements,Shanghai Volkswagen car factory in Nanjing Branch some of the production line is equipped with a high degree of automation of these lifts,the production efficiency of the production line and therefore improved a lot . These lift the chassis off the assembly line in the lift of the most representative.Lift the chassis assembly line is to achieve a smooth body hanging from the chassis conveyor line,no interval is transferred to the final line of the function plate chain.Lift off the assembly line by the belt drive chassis,transmission,etc.to complete universal power transmission.Lift the drive motor is controlled by SEW MC07B MDX61B inverter and the inverter.Industrial Ethernet access via a lift in the end plate line conveyor control system,which will complete the lift monitoring and operation management.Lift operator station features live next site operator station with automatic mode,manual mode, maintenance mode three. HMI control cabinet box also follow the basic user-centered design principles,the principle of order,functional principle,the principle of consistency,frequency,principle importance and object-oriented principles.And for reasons of personal safety equipment,chassis assembly line is also equipped with lifts emergency stop,safety light curtain system and entrance door systems.
