摘要：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的變革，曾經(jīng)鮮為人知的嬰兒手推車逐漸進(jìn)入千家萬(wàn)戶之中。伴隨著我國(guó)每年約2000萬(wàn)的新生兒，手推車這一產(chǎn)品具有廣泛的市場(chǎng)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的手推車產(chǎn)品要么產(chǎn)品存在潛在的質(zhì)量缺陷，要么就是價(jià)格相對(duì)較高，普通家庭無(wú)法承擔(dān)。嬰兒車作為重要的嬰童用品，也隨著人們生活水平的提高逐步走進(jìn)普通家庭。嬰兒手推車適合 6-36 個(gè)月的嬰兒，由于其適合群體的特殊性，使得消費(fèi)者對(duì)它的安全、舒適、輕便、美觀、實(shí)用等性能提出更高的要求。因此，依據(jù)消費(fèi)者和用戶需求進(jìn)行嬰兒車的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新來(lái)提高其附加值，已成為各童車企業(yè)增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、推動(dòng)品牌發(fā)展的重要手段。本產(chǎn)品將主要針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)出一款手推車，嚴(yán)格按照國(guó)家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（兒童推車產(chǎn)品要求GB14748-2006）設(shè)計(jì)，其產(chǎn)品功能可以滿足絕大多數(shù)家庭的日常使用。同時(shí)，本產(chǎn)品從人機(jī)交互、折疊方式、產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)度、存儲(chǔ)空間以及產(chǎn)品的可用空間出發(fā)，綜合的考慮設(shè)計(jì)一款低成本的童車。為此本文主要圍繞以下工作：
1.產(chǎn)品前期市場(chǎng)調(diào)研，通過(guò)實(shí)地走訪、文獻(xiàn)查閱等方法找尋現(xiàn)有市場(chǎng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，作為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的一種依據(jù)。
2.產(chǎn)品總體線框草圖設(shè)計(jì)，主要圍繞產(chǎn)品的折疊方式、解鎖鎖定方式等關(guān)鍵設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)展開(kāi)，經(jīng)行方案選取與設(shè)計(jì)。
3.產(chǎn)品3D建模，主要是產(chǎn)品的軟件建模，綜合考慮結(jié)構(gòu)性與美觀性，使之成為一個(gè)真正的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品。
4.產(chǎn)品校核與檢驗(yàn)，主要圍繞產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵部位以及國(guó)家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)行檢測(cè)與校核。

A Portable Simple Low-cost Stroller Design
Abstract:With the fast development of the social economy , the baby stroller which was seldom known for the citizenship has shown up in the common family .Accompany with the 20,000,000 new born lives ,the baby stroller should have a light future. For nowadays ,the stroller of the market in our country have different problems , or sold at a very high level, that common family can’t have the ability to get it . The baby stroller suit for the baby from 6 to 36 month .Because of the special use of this product, it needs more safe , comfortable ,light ,beautiful and useful. So ,designer design new product should follow the customer’s need and requirement , that could be the only way to improve the manufacturer’s visualize . This product strictly follows the National industry standard (Children's cart product requirements GB14748-2006), and the function could Meet the daily use of great majority family . Apart , this product takes man-machine interaction 、folding way、the intensity of the product、the storage space and so on into consideration to design a baby stroller.This paper focuses on the following work:
1.Find existing market’s pros and cons through field visits, literature review and other methods,to get a better understand of the market before start.
2.Overall product’s wireframe sketch design ,mainly focus on the folding、unlock-locked way and so on ,choose the suitable case for the product.
3.3D model for the product. Mainly taking the product mix and beauty into consideration ,making this product could be a real industrial product.
4.Product verification and inspection, mainly inspection some key part using the national standard
