摘要 太平洋水處理工程有限公司是一家環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)公司，處于朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的它為環(huán)境保護(hù)提供主要基礎(chǔ)及技術(shù)支持，它的大部分業(yè)務(wù)主要集中在市政項(xiàng)目上，但在長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中通常會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些如項(xiàng)目規(guī)模大、經(jīng)營(yíng)周期長(zhǎng)等相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，而且其在項(xiàng)目上已擴(kuò)展到相當(dāng)偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)，對(duì)新項(xiàng)目的挖掘已存在一定瓶頸，尋找新市場(chǎng)和新的運(yùn)作方式已存在一定的必要性。本論文主要以太平洋水處理工程有限公司的宏微觀環(huán)境分析為基礎(chǔ)，從商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力、創(chuàng)新途徑入手，綜合運(yùn)用公司實(shí)屬制造業(yè)的本質(zhì)，尋找太平洋其新的關(guān)鍵能力，并提出其公司的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新具體策略，包括制造業(yè)服務(wù)化、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任、向商用市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型等。

Business Model Innovation Of Pacific Water Treatment Engineering Co. Ltd.
Abstract Pacific Water Treatment Engineering Co.Ltd. is an environmental friendly industrial company. It is the sunrise industry which provides the main foundation and technical supporting for environmental protection. Most of its business is mainly focused on municipal projects, but in the long-term operation of the process usually occurs some, such as large-scale projects, such as the risks associated with long operating cycle. However it has expanded quite a remote area on the projects, new projects have been digging there are some bottlenecks. Finding new markets and the necessity of a certain mode of operation already exists. This paper mainly PWT macro and micro environmental analysis as the basis, starting from the business model innovation dynamic, innovative approaches, it is the essence of the integrated use of manufacturing companies. Finally I found the key to PWT with its new capabilities, and made his company's specific business model innovation strategy.
