摘 要 烘焙食品工業(yè)在食品工業(yè)中占有一定的重要地位,其產(chǎn)品直接面向市場(chǎng),直觀反映人民飲食文化水平及生活水平的高低。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的開(kāi)放,為我國(guó)烘焙行業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇。近幾年來(lái),外國(guó)企業(yè)來(lái)華投資猛增,都看好中國(guó)市場(chǎng),合資、獨(dú)資發(fā)展迅速。烘焙食品行業(yè),有逐步增強(qiáng)的勢(shì)頭,消費(fèi)者對(duì)烘焙食品的需求也日益呈現(xiàn)出高品位、高質(zhì)量的要求,這對(duì)烘焙食品行業(yè)的企業(yè)提出了更高的要求。因此,對(duì)蛋糕店顧客需求的分析以及銷售策略的研究就顯得格外重要。本文通過(guò)對(duì)麥穗坊蛋糕店顧客需求的分析,找出現(xiàn)階段麥穗坊銷售策略的不足之處,并提出改進(jìn)建議。

The strategy on improving wheat workshop bakery sales strategy
Abstract Baked food industry plays an important role in certain food industry, Its products directly to the market, directly reflect the cultural level of the people's diet and level of living. With the opening of our economy, brings the opportunity and challenge for the development of China's baking industry. In recent years, foreign enterprises to invest in China soared, are optimistic about the Chinese market, joint ventures and wholly owned enterprises have developed rapidly. The baked food industry has gradually increased, consumer demand for baking food is also increasingly showing a high grade, high quality requirements, and this puts forward higher requirements for baking food industry enterprises. Therefore, the analysis on the cake shop customer demand and sales strategy research is particularly important. In this paper, through the analysis of the wheat workshop bakery’s customer needs, find out the shortage of wheat workshop bakery’s sales strategy, and put forward the improvement proposal.
