摘要 伴隨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)產(chǎn)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘?jìng)魅胫袊?guó)后掀起了一陣招聘改革之風(fēng),各行各業(yè)紛紛轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)招聘方式,實(shí)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘。但是某些勞動(dòng)力密集型行業(yè)并不適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘,在這類企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘的發(fā)展空間很小。本文是以制造型企業(yè)常柴股份有限公司為例,先主要通過(guò)訪談法、觀察法及文獻(xiàn)資料法等調(diào)查了解公司實(shí)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘的實(shí)際情況,再運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘的相關(guān)知識(shí)對(duì)該企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘體系進(jìn)行全面的研究分析,尋找其中存在的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題并解析產(chǎn)生的原因,然后針對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題從四個(gè)層面提出相關(guān)建議措施,以改善該企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘的現(xiàn)狀,并能通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘為企業(yè)引進(jìn)更多的人才創(chuàng)造更大的效益。同時(shí)也為其他制造型企業(yè)實(shí)施和改進(jìn)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘體系提供參考建議。

Research on network recruitment of Changchai Corporation
Abstract Along with the Internet technology the Internet Recruiting into China launched the reform of recruiting a gust of wind. The industry have to change the traditional recruitment methods to conduct Internet Recruiting. But some labour intensive industry does not adapt to the internet recruiting, in this enterprise the development space of internet recruiting is very small. This article is based on the manufacturing enterprise Changchai Corporation as an example,at first mainly through interviews, observation and literature survey to understand the actual situation of the company to implement the internet recruiting,then using the knowledge of internet recruiting internet recruiting system existing to the enterprise comprehensive research and analysis, looking for reasons of key problems and resolve them,then in order to solve the problems and puts forward related suggestions measures from four levels, to improve the current situation of the enterprise internet recruiting and can create more benefits for enterprises to introduce more talents through the internet recruiting. At the same time it also provides the reference and proposals for other manufacturing enterprises and improve the recruitment system of enterprise network.
