本文以中建八局海外事業(yè)部為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合員工培訓(xùn)理論,借助個(gè)案法和文獻(xiàn)資料法,對(duì)其培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。在分析的過程中,通過查閱多種資料從理論知識(shí)入手,首先介紹了員工培訓(xùn)的涵義,接著理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,從培訓(xùn)需求、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)實(shí)施和培訓(xùn)評(píng)估四個(gè)方面總結(jié)了中建八局海外事業(yè)部在員工培訓(xùn)中存在的問題,并給出了具體的改進(jìn)策略和建議,主要包括轉(zhuǎn)變單一的培訓(xùn)需求,滿足員工培訓(xùn)需要;內(nèi)容與發(fā)展相適應(yīng),注重企業(yè)文化和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神;保證培訓(xùn)的順利實(shí)施;注重培訓(xùn)考評(píng)工作,采取多種考評(píng)形式。希望能夠通過這些措施,完善該公司的培訓(xùn)體系,對(duì)公司員工的培訓(xùn)水平起到一定的提高作用,改善員工培訓(xùn)中存在的問題,從而促進(jìn)企業(yè)更好更快的發(fā)展。

Abstract
Paper to build eight innings overseas division as the research object, combining the theory of staff training, using case method and literature method, carries on the analysis about the present situation of the training.
