據(jù)南通市歷年統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)顯示, 2003年以來(lái),南通市社零總額保持約年均15%以上的增速,其巨大的潛在市場(chǎng)使得南通市商業(yè)地產(chǎn)快速發(fā)展,目前南通商圈中心地帶聚集了以八佰伴,金鷹、文峰為主的百貨業(yè)態(tài),周邊集聚了中南城、鴻鳴摩爾、金飛達(dá)廣場(chǎng)等大型購(gòu)物中心,未來(lái)兩年還有萬(wàn)達(dá)、萬(wàn)科、寶龍、華潤(rùn)、圓融等商業(yè)地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目入駐,行業(yè)內(nèi)部的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將日趨激烈。南通五洲國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目置身于激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,如何發(fā)揮自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),有效規(guī)避競(jìng)爭(zhēng)劣勢(shì),是其得以存在和發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。

Research on the Core Competitiveness of Nantong Wuzhou International Plaza
Abstract
According to the Nantong statistical bulletin ,since 2003, Nantong club zero total has an average growth of more than 15%. The huge potential market
 makes commercial real estate develop quickly of Nantong city. At present, Nantong district center gathered to Yaohan, Jin Ying, The Wenfeng big world based on department stores, and periphery in the South City,
Hongming More, Jinfeida square and other large shopping centers, in the next two years , Wanda, Vanke, Baolong, Resources, harmony and other commercial real estate leader projects will enter in. Intra industry  competition will become increasingly fierce. Since Nantong Wuzhou international plaza project in the fierce competitive environment, that how to play their own core competitive advantage and avoid disadvantage, is a pressing matter of the moment for their existence and development.
This article based on a comprehensive study and Market Research on city complex projects in the city of Nantong, Combining with the industry competition environment. The article analyse Nantong Wuzhou International Plaza Project with SWOT, to understand the status quo of Wuzhou International Plaza Project Competitiveness, and l lead to how to build the core competitiveness of the construction  project. It Makes assumptions based on the core competitiveness of Wuzhou International Plaza Project, and eva luate the core competitiveness. Finding the core competitiveness of the project, also having some  adjustment and improvements on the lack of competition ability .In the end, formulateing several effective tactics of improving the core competitiveness of the project.
