摘要
本次課題汽車覆蓋件行李箱后板拉延模設(shè)計(jì),首先需要對(duì)零件進(jìn)行沖壓工藝分析,并且由此對(duì)其沖壓方向進(jìn)行選擇。為了選擇沖壓設(shè)備來滿足沖壓過程的需要,需要計(jì)算沖壓力。接著要進(jìn)行拉延模的具體設(shè)計(jì),首先要確定模具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式以及模具中心。接著要對(duì)凸模﹑凹模以及壓邊圈等零件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行三維建模,出二維圖紙。之后,還要根據(jù)模具的結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)壓邊零件進(jìn)行選擇。拉延材料的選擇也是不可少的,拉延材料的選擇通常是根據(jù)零件的生產(chǎn)批量決定的,大批量則采用性能好的材料。該零件復(fù)雜且尺寸不規(guī)則,這對(duì)模具設(shè)計(jì)提出了較高的要求。而且汽車覆蓋件大而薄,在拉深過程中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些問題,尤其需要考慮破裂和起皺。為了防止起皺,設(shè)計(jì)拉延筋,增大壓邊力。但是為了防止破裂,壓邊力不能過大,因此壓邊力的控制極其重要。

Abstract
This topic is the design of drawing die for automobile covering parts of trunk back plate,First ,we need to analyse the stamping process of parts,and the choice of the stamping direction.In order to select the stamping equipment to meet the needs of the stamping process, we need to calculate the impact pressure.And then,we need to design the drawing die specificly, First we need to determine the structure of die and mold center.Then we carriy on designing the punch, die and blank holder and other parts, and 3D modeling, the 2D drawings.Then, according to the mould structure ,which was used to select pressure boundary components. Drawing material selection is necessary, drawing material selection is usually based on parts of the production decision, and large quantities should select the materials with good performance.The components are complex and size irregular, which puts forward higher requirements on the die design.But the automobile covering is large and thin, In the process of drawing may be some problems, especially the need to consider the fracture and wrinkle.In order to prevent wrinkling, we need to design drawbead, increase the blank holder force. But in order to prevent rupture, the blank holder force can not be too large, the blank holder force control is extremely important.
