摘 要:采用電弧離子鍍技術(shù)在鈦合金基體上制備了厚Ti/TiN多層涂層(最大厚度可達46.3μm)。不同制備條件下,隨著涂層調(diào)制周期中金屬鈦含量的變化,厚Ti/TiN多層涂層的力學(xué)性能也發(fā)生變化。維氏硬度結(jié)果表明Ti/TiN涂層中隨著Ti含量的降低,維氏硬度有增加趨勢。涂層附著力結(jié)果表明,Ti/TiN多層涂層附著力是隨著涂層調(diào)制周期中鈦含量增加而增加的。

Ti/TiN Multilayer Thick Coating Preparation Research
Abstract: Using electric arc ion plating technology on titanium alloy substrate was prepared by thick Ti/TiN multilayer coatings (maximum thickness up to 46.3 m (including).Under different preparation conditions, along with the change of the titanium content in the coating modulation cycle, thick mechanical properties of Ti/TiN multilayer coatings are also changing.Vickers hardness results show that the Ti/TiN coating with the loss of the Ti content, the vickers hardness is increased.Coating adhesion results show that the Ti/TiN multilayer coating adhesion is with coating increases with the increase of titanium content in modulation cycle.
