摘要： 隨著我國加入世界貿(mào)易組織（WTO）成度的不斷加深及全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展趨勢的加劇，使得我國汽車行業(yè)的競爭日趨激烈，每個(gè)汽車企業(yè)都在想方設(shè)法在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的同時(shí)降低成本提高生產(chǎn)效率，以增強(qiáng)市場競爭優(yōu)勢;同時(shí)伴隨著我國人民生活水平的提高，人們對汽車的要求也越來越高，產(chǎn)品需求朝著高性價(jià)比化、個(gè)性化、多樣化方向發(fā)展，這對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)制造能力和生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的管理提出了更高的要求。
論文對xx汽車內(nèi)飾有限公司如何降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)效率進(jìn)行了專題研究，以精益生產(chǎn)的角度對xx汽車內(nèi)飾公司進(jìn)行全面剖析，根據(jù)xx汽車內(nèi)飾公司的實(shí)際情況，運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)思想和精益生產(chǎn)手法，提出精益生產(chǎn)方案設(shè)計(jì)，通過改變原來的大批大量生產(chǎn)模式，轉(zhuǎn)為建設(shè)更符合小批量、多批次、平衡化、高效率、低成本的精益生產(chǎn)方式，改善生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場現(xiàn)狀，提高庫存管理和及時(shí)交付能力，建設(shè)企業(yè)精益生產(chǎn)文化，提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造能力和運(yùn)營管理效益，使精益生產(chǎn)方式成為企業(yè)核心競爭力。
論文研究對xx汽車內(nèi)飾公司推行精益生產(chǎn)有一定的指導(dǎo)意義，推動精益生產(chǎn)在我國汽車零部件制造行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用，幫助提高我國生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)管理水平。

Abstract: With China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) into a deepening and the global economic integration trend of intensified, making China's auto industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, every automobile enterprises are in try various devices to guarantee product quality at the same time to reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency, to enhance the market competitive advantage; at the same time along with our the improvement of people's living standard, the requirements of the vehicle is also more and more high, product demand towards high price, personalized, diversified development direction, the company's production capacity and production system management put forward higher requirements.
The Faurecia automotive interiors Co. Ltd to reduce production costs, improve product quality and production efficiency was studied, the Faurecia automotive interior company to conduct a comprehensive analysis to the lean production point of view, according to the actual situation of Faurecia automotive interior company, using the idea of lean production and lean production techniques, puts forward the design scheme of lean production, by changing the original mass production mode, to build more in line with the small batch, multi batch, balance, high efficiency, low cost of lean production, improve the production status, improve inventory management and delivery capacity, construction enterprises Lean culture, improve enterprise manufacturing capacity and the efficiency of the management and operation, make the lean production mode has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.
