摘要 在制造業(yè)競爭日益激烈的今天，精益生產方式作為一種全新的生產方式，以其消除浪費、追求零庫存、對市場的快速反應的優(yōu)點以及提倡不斷消除生產環(huán)節(jié)中的浪費,持續(xù)改善的管理思想,已經成為國內外各企業(yè)管理者變革企業(yè)體制和改善運作流程的首選。
X公司是國內為乘用車生產制造提供專業(yè)化服務的多元化制造型公司，并已經在嘗試打破傳統(tǒng)的生產模式，從戰(zhàn)略與市場、運用與改善、質量與安全等各方面，運用精益管理，規(guī)范企業(yè)日常管理，搭建、完善企業(yè)的管理體系，提高企業(yè)管理水平。
本文首先闡述精益生產理論體系的性質特點、指導思想和方法工具，然后基于X公司的運營現(xiàn)狀，根據(jù)精益生產理論，發(fā)現(xiàn)X公司目前在各方面在生產運營中所遇到的包括內部體制、管理模式以及精益意識的不足，并提出基于精益生產的改善研究方案，加強體制建設、完善績效體系，并詳細的敘述了5S管理和KVP活動在企業(yè)的重要性和實施過程,強調確立長期精益理念、創(chuàng)建精益流程以及員工素質培養(yǎng)的重要性。

Abstract In today's increasingly competitive manufacturing, lean production, as a new mode of production , with the advantages such as elimination of waste , the pursuit of zero inventory , rapid response to market and promote the continuous production processes to eliminate waste , continuous improvement management , has become the first choice for domestic and foreign business managers and improve the operation of the enterprise system reform process .
X company is a diversified manufacturing company to provide specialized services for the passenger car manufacturing , and has been trying to break the traditional mode of production, from all aspects of strategy and marketing , use and improve, quality and safety , etc. , using Lean management, standardize business daily management , build and try to finish enterprise management system and improve enterprise management level.
This paper first describes the nature of the characteristics of lean production theory system , the guiding ideology and methodological tools , and operational status of the company , according to the theory of lean production , Company X is currently found in all aspects of production operations, including internal systems encountered, management and insufficient awareness of Lean and proposed research program based on lean production improvement, institutional strengthening, improving system performance, and a detailed description of the 5S management and KVP corporate activities and the importance of the implementation process, emphasizing the establishment of long-term lean philosophy, the importance of staff training to create lean processes as well.and establish long-term emphasis on Lean philosophy, the importance of staff training , create lean processes as well.
