摘要 隨著塑料制品在機(jī)械、電子、國(guó)防、交通、通訊、建筑、農(nóng)業(yè)、輕工和包裝等各行業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用,對(duì)塑料模的需求量日益增加,塑料模在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位也就日益突出。
Pro/ENGINEER是美國(guó)PTC(Parametric Technology Corporation——參數(shù)技術(shù)公司)使用參數(shù)化的三維設(shè)計(jì)特征造型技術(shù)的大型CAD/CAM集成軟件。而Pro/ENGINEER是建立于單一數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)上的CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)。工程中的資料全部來(lái)自于一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),可以讓多個(gè)用戶同時(shí)對(duì)一個(gè)模型工作,如果在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中對(duì)任何一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的尺寸的修改,其相關(guān)的零件圖、裝配圖、制造等模式下的模型也會(huì)隨之改變,這樣可避免工程上許多不便的修改。
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)就是以Pro/E Wildfire 5.0為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)一款電動(dòng)鋸側(cè)蓋的塑料模具。PRO/E其中的Pro/MOLDESIGN模具設(shè)計(jì)模塊提供了包括拔模檢測(cè)、厚度檢查、分型面檢測(cè)、投影面積計(jì)算、充模仿真、開(kāi)模仿真、干涉檢測(cè)等。利用這些工具,可以由塑件的三維實(shí)體模型建立起模具的裝配模型,設(shè)計(jì)分型面、澆注系統(tǒng)及冷卻系統(tǒng),生成模具成型零件的三維實(shí)體模型,從而方便準(zhǔn)確地完成塑料模具核心部分的設(shè)計(jì)工作;并利用Pro/E應(yīng)用程序中塑料顧問(wèn)(Plastic Advisor),對(duì)已設(shè)計(jì)完成的模具流動(dòng)及充填情況進(jìn)行了分析研究;而且可以使用模架設(shè)計(jì)專家系統(tǒng)EMX6.0(Pro/E外掛軟件)用于設(shè)計(jì)和細(xì)化模架,在Pro/MOLDESIGN模塊中建好模具組件后,就可以導(dǎo)入這個(gè)模塊來(lái)建立與之相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模座及滑塊、頂桿等輔助零件,并進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行開(kāi)模仿真及干涉檢查;再利用系統(tǒng)中的布局和裝配模塊,還可以進(jìn)行模具的頂出系統(tǒng)和三維總裝配設(shè)計(jì);并最終利用工程圖模塊生成二維工程圖。再使用CAXA電子圖板對(duì)二維圖進(jìn)行修改和具體相關(guān)工作。最后完成二維圖的繪制和打印等相關(guān)工作。

ABSTRACT With plastic products are widely used in machinery, electronics, defense, transportation, communications, construction, agriculture, light industry and packaging industry, the increasing demand for plastic mold, position of plastic mold in the national economy has become increasingly prominent.
Pro/ENGINEER is American PTC (Parametric Technology Corporation)large-scale integrated CAD/CAM software three-dimensional design feature modeling technology using parametric. And it is the CAD/CAM system based on a single database. Engineering data from a database, you can let multiple users simultaneously on a model work, if in the whole design process of a part of any size changes, the relevant parts diagram, assembly drawing, making the model will change, it can avoid the engineering a lot of inconvenience to modify.
This graduation design takes the Pro/E Wildfire 5.0 designing a plastics molding tool of the side cover of dynamoelectric saw .Its Pro/MOLDESIGN mold design module provides including draft detection , thickness inspection, parting surface detection, projection area calculation, mold filling simulation, simulation, interference detection. Using these tools, the 3D solid model of plastic parts to establish assembly model of die, design of parting surface, gating system and cooling system, the 3D solid model generation of molding parts, so as to complete the design of plastic mold core part conveniently and accurately; and the use of Plastic Advisor Pro/E application (Plastic Advisor) the mold has been designed, the flowing and filling were analyzed; But you can use the mold design expert system EMX6.0 (Pro/E plug-in software for the design and refinement) mold, mold components built in Pro/MOLDESIGN module, you can import the module to establish the standard mold base and the slide block, and the top rod and other auxiliary parts, and further model simulation and interference checking; and using the system layout and assembly module, ejector system and 3D assembly design can also be used for die; and the engineering drawing module generates the two-dimensional drawing. Then I could use of CAXA electronic drawing board to amend and specific work on the two-dimensional map. Finally completed the 2-D drawing and printing related work.
