摘要: 本課題研究水稻聯(lián)合收獲田間試驗(yàn)機(jī)籽粒與雜余攪龍?jiān)O(shè)計(jì),該水稻收割機(jī)可以一次性完成收割、脫粒、篩選和分離等作業(yè),而攪龍的設(shè)計(jì)包括籽粒攪龍和雜余攪龍的設(shè)計(jì)。在聯(lián)合收割機(jī)中的脫出物、籽粒與雜余需要前后或上、下輸送,最為常用的輸送裝置是螺旋輸送器,它是一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作可靠的輸送器,能進(jìn)行水平、傾斜和垂直輸送,又叫“攪龍”,籽粒與雜余攪龍是聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)的關(guān)鍵工作部件之一。籽粒攪龍主要完成干凈籽粒的收集,并輸送至糧箱;雜余攪龍主要完成二次雜余的收集并輸送至脫粒分離裝置或清選裝置。需要在原來(lái)傳統(tǒng)收割機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改善,實(shí)物考查、測(cè)量,然后分工合作,最后設(shè)計(jì)的籽粒與雜余攪龍符合整個(gè)水稻聯(lián)合收割機(jī)的要求。

Abstract: The research of Paddy combine harvester is to design a grain auger and a tailing auger. The Paddy combine harvester can complete harvesting, threshing,screening and separation operation.Auger design includes grain a grain auger and a tailing auger. The combine of grain, grain and remainder need transportation around or Up and down. The most commonly used is the screw conveyor conveying device. It is a conveyor that has the advantages of simple structure, reliable work and can be horizontal, tilt and vertical transmission. Also,it is called "auger". The grain and the tailing auger is one of the key parts of combine harvester. The auger mainly complete the clean grain collection, and transported to the grain bin. The tailing auger mainly complete the collection of second miscellaneous and delivery to the threshing separation device or cleaning device. The need for improvement in the original traditional harvester. Physical examination, measurement, and the division of labor, the final design of the grain and the tailing auger meet the requirements of Paddy combine harvester.
